Applications: These machines are suitable for printing on any roll form such as PVC, soft plastic circuit, heat transfer paper and polyester. Branded parts and servo motor are used to ensure smooth and stable run and to achieve maximum printing accuracy. We can also provide customization as required by the client. Controlled by advanced computer system; driven by servo motor to achieve maximum accuracy of printing. Brand named pneumatic parts are used. Precise shafts and bearings are placed in active parts of the machine to ensure smooth and stable runs. Programmable PLC  system is built into the machine so that printing programs can be changed easily.

• Adjustable squeegee & flood speed via AC geared motor( pre-lubricated) coupled with AC frequency  inverter Infinite variable and independent print and flood speeds adjustable from 0 to max. speed.
• Squeegee carriage on hard chrome plated solid steel shaft with linear bearing motion (IKO) Japan.
• Pneumatically adjustable squeegee & flood pressure, fine pressure adjustments with dial indicators.
• Calibrated air pressure  air regulator with filters and lubricators.
• Adjustable squeegee angle from 0 to 30.
• Adjustable skew angle.
• Aluminium extruded squeegee holder & coater for even pressure.
• Selectable print cycles flood first & then print or print first & then flood
• Three operating modes, single cycle, auto cycle with dwell timer and inching setting mode.

• UV system is with 300 watt/inch capacity. Air cooling system integrated  with close loop feedback.
• Hole punch pilot guide system for a accurate repeat  pass for multiple times.
